Ways to Represent The WaterMan

Below are brief descriptions of the four different ways you can benefit from promoting WaterMan filters. Your options range from a simple “Customer Referral” through “Advocate” to full “Distributor”. Please take a moment to look over the options and determine what best fits your needs. We will answer any questions and make arrangements to get you the materials necessary to professionally proceed.

In order to participate in any of our representation programs, we do require that you own and use a WaterMan filter. We believe strongly in our products and want your recommendation to be based on genuine personal experience.

Customer Referrals

WaterMan customers who refer their friends, family, neighbors, etc. to The WaterMan are customers who want to share their enthusiasm for good tasting, clean water and earn a referral fee for their efforts. Use our Refer a Friend form if this option is for you.

Advocates

Advocates actively promote WaterMan filters through distribution of brochures and packets, and are trained to answer prospective customer questions. Advocates receive a comprehensive manual that details essential information about water filtration and provides an extensive list of commonly asked questions, enabling Advocates to promote our filters more actively and thoroughly. Advocates refer their prospects to The WaterMan in Columbus, and do not have to collect payments, manage inventory or upkeep filters, while earning approximately twice as much for their efforts.

Requirements: Be a customer, and agree to actively distribute WaterMan literature to customer base and knowledgably promote sales. Learn more >

Distributors

Distributors build their own water filter business by selling and installing WaterMan filters in their city. They keep track of their own customer base, keep a filter inventory, and receive payments directly from customers. To initiate their enterprise, Distributors purchase a start-up packet that provides the essential tools and knowledge for establishing a WaterMan business. Distributors essentially buy everything at wholesale cost and are able to keep all profits from retail sales.
